Samsung reportedly ditching Tizen for Android on next watch

Samsung has been making smartwatches with Tizen OS, but this might be changing as the next smartwatches from Samsung are rumoured to run its UI based Android or Google's Wear OS.

This information comes from Ice universe on Twitter but there is no additional information shared in the context of a specific upcoming smartwatch. Samsung's own Tizen OS has been on for several years now with refinements that gave the best experience such as battery life.

If the rumours turn out to be true, Samsung smartwatches will be one of the best since its been long over waited by some users. Samsung will have an even more good experience if it adopts the new OS. We will just have to wait. And to add more to it there have been rumours that Google is convincing Samsung to drop Bixby and the Samsung App store which could give a reason for them to work together.
