New MacBook Pros

There are rumours about the new MacBook Pros. Let's talk about what we know so far.

MagSafe might make its way back. It was removed from the MacBooks and it did not make some users happy. According to Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, MagSafe is returning to the MacBook 2021 Pros. It is said MagSafe on the laptops would be similar to the older versions and would allow faster-charging speeds.

It is rumoured that Apple might unveil a 14-inch MacBook Pro this year. As of now, there is a 13-inch model and then a 16-inch model as well. It is said the 14-inch will replace the 13-inch MacBook Pro.

MacBooks have looked just about the same for some years now. It is said that the next MacBook Pros will have a flat edge form factor which is similar to the iPhone 12. This is according to Ming-Chi Kuo a well-respected Apple analyst.

¬Goodbye Touch Bar

The touch bar could see its way out. This could be the end of the touch bar. Apple is reported to have the MacBook Pros without the touch bar.

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo hinted the MacBook Pro's could have the SD card reader and HDMI ports built-in.
