Apple Fitness+ set to launch today

Apple Fitness+ is a new Apple service that is designed to help Apple Watch owners keep fit through a series of guided workouts across multiple workout categories.

This service is set to launch today, 14 December. Fitness+ provides workout routines that can be watched with the Apple Watch doing the necessary tracking to make sure you're on target and meeting fitness goals.

You can watch Fitness+ content through the Fitness app on the iPhone, and Apple TV. Formerly the activity app on the iPhone, it is a new addition coming to the Apple TV and iPad when the service launches.

Apple Fitness+ requires a subscription, for either $9.99/month or $79.99/year. Those who already own an Apple Watch, a free month is included. Apple is also offering three months free to anyone who buys an Apple Watch Series 3 or late.
